Our Mission is to become the premier provider of outpatient mental health services in northeast Wisconsin.
Philosophy
We are dedicated to providing the most evidence-based, timely and comprehensive services possible to our clients. We believe that this can be accomplished only through sustained grounding in the scientific evidence for what we do, a holistic perspective of our clients (mind-body-spirit and bio-psycho-social), and the possession of a diverse skill set capable of addressing the diverse and complicated issues our clients entrust to us.We also believe that treatment success is fundamentally dependent upon the working relationship between doctor/therapist and client and we actively encourage our clients to commit to this sort of relationship with us or allow us to support them in finding care where they feel most comfortable committing to such a relationship. Finally, we are committed to continuous quality improvement and therefore we are thankful for any feedback our clients or referral sources are willing to give us.

Even in the second decade of the 21st century, stigma and discrimination continue to plague sufferers of mental illness, including those suffering with Major Depression, Bipolar Disorder, ADD/ADHD, and more. Public misunderstanding persists despite all of the Cymbalta, Pristiq and Abilify commercials combined. Because of stigma, discrimination and ignorance, two-thirds of those with disabling mental illness remain undiagnosed and/or inadequately treated. Here, as with the above, KNOWLEDGE is crucial to addressing the problem.
